Jeff Kellar Joins VSAC as Director of Finance and Controller
Rosanne Nelson Promoted to Director of Information Technology and Project Management
Winooski, Vermont, October 29, 2024 – Jeff Kellar has joined VSAC as Director of Finance and Controller, and longtime VSAC employee Rosanne Nelson has been promoted to Director of Information Technology and Project Management.
Jeff Kellar, a licensed CPA and alumnus of Saint Michael’s College, comes to VSAC with a strong background in finance. His experience includes serving as Controller for a college and working as an auditor at the Office of the Vermont State Auditor, RSM, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kellar brings to VSAC a background in streamlining processes for efficient operations and financial forecasting. He lives in Richmond.
In her new role of Director of Information Technology and Project Management, Rosanne Nelson provides leadership in identifying, developing, and implementing technology to support VSAC priorities. She manages Information Technology projects, systems, software development, support services, and security. Nelson has worked with VSAC since 1988, where she has held positions in financial aid services, infrastructure, data management, and operations. Nelson lives in Colchester and is an alumna of the University of Vermont.
